Refund Policy

We want every family to love their Softlands story. If you're not satisfied with your purchase from The Insights Loop Limited, trading as The Softlands, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — our 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the email address from your receipt, or email us at support@thesoftlands.com and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a Softlands Club subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds on subscription renewals are available within 30 days of the renewal date, in line with this policy.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
